2. Scope
These terms apply to our offers and every order placed in our webshop. You can view and save them before ordering. After you order, we email you confirmation of the agreed details.
3. Products, prices and offers
For each product we show its main characteristics, consumer price in euros including applicable VAT, availability and any additional costs. Images are intended as a reliable representation; non-material packaging differences may occur.
Delivery costs, discounts and the final amount are shown in the order summary before the payment obligation. If we announce a price reduction using a struck-through reference price or discount percentage, we use the legally required lowest price in the preceding 30 days unless a statutory exception applies. An obvious pricing error is not binding if you should reasonably have understood that it was an error.
4. Order and agreement
Check your basket, address, delivery costs, discount and total before placing the order through the clearly labelled payment obligation. You then receive an electronic confirmation containing the order details.
We may give reasons for rejecting or cancelling an order if stock is unavailable, information is clearly incorrect, there is a security or fraud risk, or fulfilment would be unlawful. Any amount received for an unfulfilled order is refunded.
5. Payment
Available payment methods and any charges are shown at checkout. Payments are securely processed by our payment service provider; Trade Palace receives the payment status and necessary transaction references, not your complete card details.
An order becomes eligible for dispatch only after the payment provider confirms payment. An unpaid stock reservation may expire after the displayed period. Statutory rules on advance payment and available payment methods remain applicable.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We normally hand in-stock products to PostNL within two working days after confirmation of the order and payment; this is not a promise of delivery within two working days. A different period is disclosed before ordering. A later holiday or delay notice does not change an existing agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 30 days. Large orders may be delivered in multiple parcels, without unapproved surcharges after ordering.
For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes only when you or a designated third party receives the product. If the period is exceeded, the additional-period and termination rights explained on the Delivery and returns page apply.
7. Withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, subject to statutory exceptions, you may withdraw without giving a reason before delivery and up to 14 days after the day of receipt. For one order delivered separately, receipt of the last product determines the period. Register your decision through the return function using your order number, postal code and house number, or by email to tradepalacecards@gmail.com. No account is required. For goods already received, you have 14 days after your notice to return them. Used and graded cards are not excluded from withdrawal solely because of their condition or grading.
For an ordinary withdrawal, you pay the direct return costs if you were informed of this before purchase. You are only responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In the return function, you identify the order using the order number, postal code and house number from the delivery address. You then select the relevant products, quantities and reason within the same return process. We send a return confirmation containing the return number, return address and next steps. If you cannot use the return function, you may also communicate your withdrawal unambiguously by email.
Start a return8. Refund and return assessment
We refund an accepted return through the same payment method. For full withdrawal we also refund the original standard delivery costs; for partial withdrawal we do not. We refund no later than 14 days after notice, but may wait for receipt or proof of dispatch.
Your original return reason remains recorded. Trade Palace records per item what was received, accepted and, where applicable, diminished in value. Multiple return notices within the statutory period are possible; you pay the direct costs of separate ordinary return shipments.
9. Statutory guarantee and conformity
Products must meet the agreement and what you may reasonably expect in view of their price, description, condition and other circumstances. Statutory guarantee rights in the Netherlands do not have a fixed end date.
For a confirmed defect, transit damage, incomplete or incorrect delivery, we provide an appropriate solution at no cost, including necessary return costs. This will normally be repair or replacement; if that is impossible or unreasonable, a price reduction or termination and refund may follow.
10. Complaints
Send a complaint with your contact details, order number and a clear description to tradepalacecards@gmail.com. We acknowledge receipt and respond within a reasonable period. For damaged goods, we may request photos or other necessary information.
A complaint does not limit your statutory rights. If we cannot resolve it together, you may seek advice from a consumer authority and use the competent court or any applicable recognised dispute resolution procedure.
11. Account and communications
Keep your login details confidential and report suspected misuse immediately. Electronic order, payment, dispatch, return and service messages are sent to the email address you provide. Check that it is correct and accessible.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights where this is not permitted by law. Any limitation therefore does not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness or where mandatory law requires broader liability.
13. Applicable law and changes
Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country as a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protection under the law of your country of residence. The version available when you ordered applies to your order; later changes do not apply retroactively.
